Shipping Policy

 

Delivery time 

Items available in Spain will be shipped in 3-7 business days after purchase. We are not mass production, and normally we start producing the piece after it has been ordered. So, your jewelry is made individually for you.  Usually, we ship within 3 weeks unless specified otherwise, it may take longer. We will send you an email with tracking information when your order has shipped. 

If your order is in a rush, please contact us at info@mysticj.com, and we will do our best to prioritize your order. Please note that if the order is already processed, it cannot be canceled or refunded. 

In accordance with state law (Law 3/2014, of March 27), the seller is responsible for sending the product within 30 calendar days. If you do not receive the products within 30 days, or within the agreed period, you must notify the seller and give a reasonable additional time for delivery. For example, if we inform you that the delivery is delayed one week, a customer should grant us one more week according to the law.

If at the end of this period we have not delivered the product to you, then we will refund you as soon as possible.

Due to COVID-19, delivery times may be delayed. Thanks for your understanding.

International Orders

Please note that the following terms and conditions apply to all international orders:

1) Prices and shipping fees do not include import and customs duties, value-added taxes ("VAT"), duties, and other fees that the destination country may levy, all of which are the responsibility of the buyer. Mystic J is not responsible for brokerage fees, customs and import duties, value-added taxes ("VAT"), duties, and other associated fees.

2) The recipient of the order is the importer of record and must comply with all laws, regulations, and restrictions of the destination country.

3) Mystic J is not responsible for delayed package delivery due to customs issues when shipping internationally.

4) All costs incurred in a refused delivery due to high customs or brokerage fees, duties, taxes, or restrictions imposed by the destination country are the buyer's responsibility.

Lost packet

Our carriers offer secure and easy-to-track shipping methods. If your package is lost in transit, we will do our best to assist you. We are not responsible for packages once proof of delivery is generated. 

Once the carriers hold the package, we cannot be responsible for delivered items that have been lost or stolen.

Refund policy

We only accept returns for products with defects or abnormalities if the damage is the result of faulty production and is not caused by normal wear and tear.

Please note that if the order is already processed, it cannot be canceled or refunded.

We have a 10-day return and exchange policy from the date you receive your package. Refunds will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or the original payment method. Please note that full inspection and processing of returns may take 2-3 weeks.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in our original packaging.

Please note that the availability of the replacement item is not guaranteed as all Mystic J items are limited edition and mostly produced after the order is received.

Each item of our jewelry is fully handmade and may contain slight imperfections and/or slight differences. This in no way affects the quality of the silver/gold or the quality of the product; on the contrary, it means that it is purely handcrafted.

To initiate a return or exchange, you must contact us at info@mysticj.com with a detailed description of what you want to return or further change your order number, and we will respond to you within 1-3 business days. For exchanges, specify the new item/size (if ring) you wish to receive. 

Mystic J reserves the right to evaluate merchandise and determine whether the damage results from a faulty production or normal wear and tear. Discoloration, breakage, and/or other material deterioration that occurs with use will not be considered defective. We do not replace products that have been previously replaced. 

Shipping charges to return your items are non-refundable. If an item received is determined to be damaged or is the result of another error on our behalf, we will refund the cost of return shipping, but only following our Return Authorizations and Shipping Instructions.
