Job Description:

As our Brand Manager, you will be the steward of the Mystic J brand, responsible for ensuring its continued growth and global relevance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute innovative brand strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and growth.
  • Analyze market trends and competitors, identifying opportunities and challenges in the market.
  • Oversee brand communication efforts, ensuring consistency and alignment with the overall brand strategy.
  • Collaborate with creative and product development teams to create new products that embody the Mystic J aesthetic.
  • Manage cross-functional teams to drive brand initiatives, ensuring timely execution and alignment with business goals.
  • Measure and report the performance of all brand marketing campaigns, assessing against goals (ROI and KPIs).
  • Lead the development of annual brand marketing plans and budgets.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Advanced degrees preferred.
  • 5+ years of brand management experience, preferably in the fashion, jewelry, or accessories industry.
  • Proven ability to develop brand and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management.
  • Strong analytical skills partnered with a creative mind.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
  • Passion for and understanding of mysticism, history, and avant-garde art.
  • Fluent level of proficiency in English and Spanish.
