Purchasing Online

You may discover the new collections on our homepage.
On the Mystic shop page, you can choose the collection or categories. You can also go to each collection page to see the products in their world.
When you have chosen the pieces you want to purchase, select your size (if needed) and quantity and add them to the cart.

Selected products are available for purchase on our website. Once you've chosen your jewelry item, click on "Add to cart" in the product description. For rings and bracelets, please indicate the desired size.
You can then view, modify (including the desired quantity) or delete items in your order by clicking on the basket icon at the top right of every page of our website.
If you wish to proceed to the order confirmation, click "proceed to checkout." You will then be redirected to the next step to enter your delivery information.
Once payment has been made, a confirmation email will be sent to you.

Click on the icon in the top right-hand corner, and click on "Create Account" with your email address.

If you change your mind, you can cancel your order within 15 minutes. However, after those 15 minutes, we cannot guarantee the cancellation of your order.

The majority of our products are produced in limited editions. So a product may be out of stock. However, you can always preorder your item through our shop, which will be made and delivered in 14 days. If you cannot find the product you are looking for on our website, you can reach us through our live chat, and one of our Advisors will assist you in the process.

Product information

Mystic J products available for purchase online include necklaces, rings, bracelets, earrings, anklets, Nano earrings, ear cuffs, pendants, Avant-garde statement jewelry, everyday jewelry, face accessories, glasses and other high fashion accessories.

There are different types of earrings:
- The single or mono earring: it is sold as 1 unit and doesn't come as a pair. If you want to create a pair, order this earring in 2 quantities or mix it with another Mystic mono earring.
- The ear cuff: That does not require your ear to be pierced. You can adjust it on your ear.

- The ear cuff: That does require perforation on your lobe.
- The asymmetric earrings: the two earrings creating the pair don't have the same design.
- The hoop earring: these earrings are in a hoop design

Payment

Mystic J accepts the following payment types for online purchases: Amex, Visa, Mastercard, Paypal, Google Pay, Shopify Payment, Apple Pay, Scalalpy, and Klarna.

All the prices displayed online on Mysticj.com are tax included.

A security code is made of 3 or 4 digits. This code is used to secure sales transactions made online. For American Express credit cards: the 4-digit code is printed on the front of your card, to the right of your main credit card number. For all other credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover…): the 3-digit code is printed on the back of your credit card, in the signature box.

Shipping

All Mystic J orders are shipped with insurance via corrieo Es, FedEx or DHL and require the recipient's signature upon delivery.

Since all our pieces are fully and ethically handmade, we only issue the jewelry in a limited number. Accordingly, most of our pieces are made-to-order, so if the piece is available you’ll receive it 3-5 days, otherwise allow 2-3 weeks for us to craft your unique Mystic Jewelry.

-All orders over 50 € are shipped for free within Spain peninsula

-International orders over 200 € are shipped for free

-International Orders below 200 € are charged a flat rate of 15 €

The security of the order delivery is one of our priorities.
All Mystic J online purchases require a signature upon delivery.
All orders are delivered from Monday to Saturday by FedEx or DHL.
If you are unavailable to sign for your package, the messenger will make three delivery attempts on three consecutive business days.
If you are still unavailable to sign for your package, the package will be temporarily held at a local FedEx or DHL station near you.

We will send you an email with tracking information when your order has shipped.
